Requirements:
– MBA Marketing or Advertising
– 8 to 10 years of relevant experience of marketing in similar roles in Ecommerce Industry or Digital Marketing Agencies.
– Must have strong leadership & management skills
Job Responsibilities:
– Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and achieve business goals
– Leading and managing the digital marketing team, including SEO/SEM, content creation, social media, email marketing, and graphic design professionals
– Overseeing the budget for digital marketing campaigns and allocating resources effectively
– Utilizing analytics tools to track campaign performance, interpret data, and make data-driven decisions for optimization
– Collaborating with other departments to integrate digital marketing with overall business strategies and initiatives
– Staying up-to-date with digital technology developments and leveraging new tools and platforms to maintain a competitive edge
– Managing the creation and delivery of digital content across various channels, ensuring consistent messaging and branding
– Directing social media strategies that engage audiences, increase followers, and drive customer interaction
– Conducting market research to identify digital marketing opportunities and competitiveness
– Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing campaigns and measuring the success of these initiatives
– Enhancing the user experience on the company’s website and digital platforms through optimization and personalization
– Forging strategic partnerships and relationships with external agencies, vendors, and platform providers to enhance digital marketing efforts
– How to leverage social media, search engine optimization, and other tactics to promote a company’s products or services.
